You may return damaged or defective merchandise within 10 days of the original purchase date for a replacement of the merchandise when available, otherwise a full credit minus shipping charges will be issued and can be used to purchase other merchandise of equal or lesser value.
Because some of our merchandise is handcrafted, there will be some variations of color, texture, size, and finish, as well as slight irregularities - these are not considered flaws or defects. Specifically, our stained glass collection is crafted with intricately hand cut glass. This fact along with the nature of glass and its formation causes variations in glass color and imperfections of glass, all of which enhance the character of the piece.
